The sunflower, that flower that follows the sun, provides us with seeds full of energy and flavor. Originally from America, today cultivated all over the world, the sunflower is a rich source of healthy fats, vitamin E and minerals.

Varieties: There are varieties of sunflower with black, striped or white seeds, each with a slightly different flavor.
Uses: Perfect as a snack, to add to salads and for baking. Sunflower seeds are also used to produce vegetable oil.
